$300 flat fee - This is a change from years past. Please email Festival@PageCountyHeritage.org if you have any questions.
As of April 9, 2026 this flat fee replaces any percentage based fees that may still appear on some versions of forms or paperwork.
Vendors applying after June 1st will be notified of their space assignment within 2 weeks of receipt of the application.
Please note that space will not be assigned until the booth fee or deposit has been PAID IN FULL.

The Page County Heritage Festival is committed to vendors who sell quality, hand-crafted items.
Please DO NOT contact us if you wish to exclusively sell merchandise that is manufactured.
We realize that some vendors do sell such items, among their hand-made collection, and we will make every effort to correct this when it comes to our attention. Thank you for your understanding.
The Page County Heritage Festival is held each Columbus Day Weekend at the Page Valley Agricultural & Industrial Fairground in the beautiful Page Valley of Virginia
