Weekly Theme:  Colors and Shapes

Jesus Time:                 God made the world…Adam and Eve…and ME!

Letter of the Week:       B – God made my body and my brain

Songs:    My God is So Great

                                                       Two Little Eyes

                                                       God Made You

  Becoming familiar with the school routine -

                                             Taking turns, raising hands to speak, lining

                                             Up, sharing, table manners, clean up time,

                                             group time behavior

Identifying basic shapes and continued work on colors

Center Choices:           Games -         color and shape bingo

                                   Math-            find an object that is a certain shape;

sort buttons by color and shape

                                   Fine Motor –       shape sorters, puzzles, lacing cards

Blocks -             using small wooden blocks of various colors and shapes

Library books are due back on Thursday.

If your child would like to bring a small stuffed animal, small pillow, or blanket for rest time, please feel free to provide one.
