This is a 15-hour wellness course designed to help educators build sustainable fitness routines with the guidance of a personal trainer. Over five weeks, participants will meet three days per week for one hour to work out, set SMART physical fitness goals, and learn how different muscle groups support strength, posture, and daily movement. Teachers will also explore the connection between physical fitness and mental health, gaining strategies to reduce stress, increase energy, and feel more balanced—so they can show up as healthier, stronger, and more effective educators.

This course is designed to help educators and school staff understand and enhance executive functioning skills in their students. Executive functioning Skills include essential cognitive processes such as self-control, working memory, time management, task initiation, and organization. Students with strong executive functioning skills are better able to manage their emotions, stay organized, follow through with tasks, and set and achieve goals. This course will provide practical strategies and tools to support the development of executive functioning skills in students of all ages. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the connection between executive functioning and behavior. Learn tools to increase overall executive functioning and motivation, self esteem and positive behavior.
