I chose this discipline because it had caught my attention and once I read more into it and the

brief description: I was more interested in it. The description talked about how criminalistics dealt with things of different sorts of DNA, trace evidence, firearms, etc. which made it seem that they play an important role in a crime scene which interested me.I looked more into it did not find anything else that was really interesting.
