"We Shall Overcome" is an important American song with deep roots and history stretching back hundreds of years. At Irving we are honored and excited to sing it for you and live out its message in our community!
This is a song written by Chicago Tribune columnist, Mary Schmich. It was adapted by Evan and Anna Jacobson and performed by 4th-8th graders in Oak Park. Thank you to all that helped make this possible! Way to go chorus friends!
A message from the D97 music teachers. We miss making music together at school with you, but we are glad that we can use technology to communicate and even make music together.
