Each graduate attending the commencement ceremony will receive 2 tickets for guests (graduates do not need tickets). Tickets will be given to you when you return your gown order form and pay your grad fee. All guests will have to show their ticket when they arrive for the commencement ceremony.

If you need extra tickets, you must request them from Ms. Lovsin in the main office.

We are limited in the number of people we can have in the gym at any one time, due to Fire and Safety regulations, and therefore cannot guarantee that there will be extra tickets for everyone. However, we will have the ceremony broadcast in the Auditorium, via a live feed, and anyone is welcome to sit there to watch if they don’t have a ticket, or if they just prefer the comfort of the Auditorium (comfortable seats and air conditioning).

On-site parking is limited. Please drop off passengers at the front of the school, and then proceed to the back of school, or the street to park.

All graduates are requested to arrive at school on June 25th between 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. with their gown and hat. They should then report to the library where they will sign out their sash and tassel.

Grads will then proceed to their assigned room on the second floor based on their last name. In their assigned room they will receive instructions on how the ceremony will proceed.

Please arrange for someone to hold valuable items during the ceremony, as there will not be a secure space provided for storage.

A reception for all graduates, guests, and staff will be held in the Atrium following the ceremony.

Please return the stole to the library within 45 minutes after the ceremony (the cap and gown are yours to keep). When you return your stole to the library, you will receive your official diploma and class photo composite. Awards will also be distributed at this time.
