Wei Zhang received 2020 NSF CAREER Award to research on quantum spintronics. An important part of the project includes developing innovative laboratory teaching for education and dissemination of "quantum physics concepts". In particular, we will team up with THATec-Innovation GmbH to develop Quantum Physics Lab Module with in-house developed hardware and software on top of a highly interactive laboratory learning platform.

Our collaborative research proposal for exploring THz spintronics on organic perovskite materials was granted. Thanks to the NSF-EPMD program. This project will start in the Fall with joint efforts from NCSU and UNC.
