Artifacts can be uploaded to a user's account, or attached directly to a form or even specific question within a form. You can move evidence from one question to another within a form.
Tagging Evidence and using Quick Search
Tagging is a feature of TeachPoint that allows users to organize data by assigning tags to each piece of information they record during the year. Tags typically include the standards defined in the educator rubric used by your district. The tagged data makes it easy for you to search and get reports based on those standards.

Attachment Tags
Quick Search allows you to quickly find all the data related to specific tags (standards.) This feature is helpful during the end of year reporting because you will be able to copy the data from Quick Search and paste it into the questions related to that specific standard. You can generate a report for a particular tag (a standard, an indicator or an element) in a form.
The first column contains the form name, question title, and the author. The second column displays the answer content. The third column displays the tags associated with the answer content. The fourth column displays the date and the time of the recorded data. You can always sort by tag name and date.
You can also copy some of the displayed information back into the form.
*The content that is copied and pasted is in text format. See examples below.
Note that the "TeacherImage_02 copy" image evidence is copied into text format and pasted into the "Lesson/Activity Objective" question.
