iPass allows users to send emails to students, staff and guardians in a variety of ways. Teachers can use Rankbook and Gradebook to email an entire class or one individual student. The iPass Toolbar, available on each student profile screen, allows users to email the student, guardians and all teachers associated with that student. Follow the directions below to send an email using the iPass Toolbar.

Why do the additional staff always appear when I go to send a new email?

A. If you selected to send an email and added additional staff, they will remain on the list until you manually remove them by clicking on the red x to the far right of their name.

A. Yes. Be sure to set up your Mail settings and you can send emails to your entire class using Rankbook or Gradebook. See Attachment: Email Settings for iPass
