No more adding up student absences one student at a time. Follow the steps below to change your attendance settings and show current period absences by Term.
1. Log into iPass and select iTeacher
2. Go to Enter Period Attendance and select a course
3. Click ‘My Attendance Preferences’
4. In the Parameters window, set ‘Show Period Attendance Summary Term/YTD to YES
5. Click Submit and close the parameters window
6. Click Search to refresh the screen; the Attendance Column on the Enter Period Attendance Screen will show the number of period absences in the term vs. the total period absences for the year.
Note: Term Absences are based on the date selected. Change the date to the last day of a previous Term to see other Term absence totals.
