How to find Class Absences using Gradebook & Rankbook

Log into iPass

Gradebook:

1. Click on My Courses and select a course
2. Select the student icon next to the student name and Select 'Attendance'
3. The Class Attendance window will open and list all class absences for that student.

Rankbook

1. Go to Rankbook Maintenance and scroll down to Student Data Options
2. Check of 'Show Class Attendance'
3. Go to Add Modify Rankbook and select the new 'View Class Attendance' icon
