How to Enter Competencies by Class

Follow the steps below to enter the same grade for an entire class. Select one or multiple skills to grade.

Log into iPass and go to iTeacher

• Select Add/Modify Competency/Standards>Select a course>Select the term
• Important** BE SURE NOT TO OVERRIDE ANY PREVIOUS TERM DATA-select only ungraded terms
• Click on Select Competencies/Tasks--this will open a new screen
• Check off the skill you wish to grade
• Enter the competency grade for the selected skill
• Click submit
