How to Create Saved Narratives for Competency Report Cards

Tired of typing 20-30 comments each grading period? Follow these easy steps to save your comments and customize your narratives.

To Add a Saved Narrative/Comment:

1. Log into iPass and Select iTeacher then Add/Modify Narrative
2. Select the term, course and student
3. Click on the 'My Grading Preferences' link
4. Type in a comment and click Submit and close window
5. The saved comments will appear as links on the Add/Modify Narrative screen after refreshing the page
6. Click on a comment link to add to the narrative box; each time you select a link, it will be added to the narrative.
