FAQ

  • What network should my iPad be on?
    All NPS iPads should be on the NPS-LAN network. If your ipad is connecting to the NPS Guest network, it will not get important updates. Please follow the instructions on how to 'forget' a network. If you continue to have trouble connecting to the NPS-MAC network please submit a Help Desk Ticket ticket .

  • Need an App for your iPad?
    Please note only apps that are VPP eligible (Volume Purchase Program) can be loaded onto NPS devices.
    Free Apps: enter a Help Desk Ticket and include the Name and app Developer. Please include the Serial # for your device. For information on how to find the Serial #, see the help guides to the right.

Purchased Apps: Complete a PO request. Once PO is approved, apps will be purchased and pushed to device.


  • What do I do with my iPad at the end of the school year?
    All iPads must to be returned to the technology department at your building.
