If your child needs a break between reading and math or your family wants to "get out" and take a virtual trip together, check out some of the links below. Have your child pick one activity each day and email me a sentence or two about what they did for fun!

Choose one of the Read Alouds below and complete on of the listed activities. Email, or leave a comment on the "Share and Post" page you'll see on the menu to the left. Share a picture or sentence about the story and activity you choose!
"The Highway Rat" (This is a good one for identifying rhyme)
"Mrs. Noah's Pocket's" (Listen to the Author read and talk about the story from her studio)
"Oliver's Vegetables" (A boy who doesn't eat vegetables ends up liking them!)
"Tidy" (Another story great for practicing rhyming)
"Where's My Teddy" (Read by the Author, and a great rhyming book)
"A Dog so Small" (this is longer, about 14 min., and read in 2 parts/2 videos)

5. Metropolitan Opera Evening Shows (Nightly at 7:30, the website notes that traffic is heavy and may take time to lead, so try visiting a bit before the show starts if you are interested)
