About Me

My name is Mrs. Birdsill and I am the Media Specialist here at Northwood. I am from a small town in Minnesota and obtained my Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education from Minnesota State University - Moorhead. After a few years of teaching, I obtained my Masters of Education in Informational Media and Technology at the College of St. Scholastica - Duluth. I have been a Media Specialist for more than a decade and have seen some great changes in what is available for students, teachers, and schools. In 2012, I crossed the border and began my teaching career in Wisconsin.
