North Rockland CSD Grade 4-6 Physical Education at Home
The Willow Grove physical education department will be administering a fitness test to every student in April called the FITNESSGRAM. The students have been practicing all year on three fitness areas, (flexibility, strength and endurance). The videos of the tests are below. All results will be sent home with the June report cards.
