蘇育民博士自中華民國103年8月起，開始任教於國立高雄科技大學土木系（原國立高雄應用科技大學）。蘇老師於民國101年12月自美國佛羅里達大學土木系博士畢業，在美期間獲得「國際道路協會」會仕資格，回國後擔任國際道協在臺的聯絡人、中華民國道路協會理事、以及參與國際光電學會「智慧結構物非破壞性檢測」委員會中擔任委員。目前蘇老師的研究領域包含：道路及鋪面工程、資產管理、智慧監控及檢測技術等方向。

Dr. Yu-Min Su is an assistant professor working at the Department of Civil Engineering of the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology (NKUST) in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, since August 2014. Dr. Su received his Ph.D. from the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida, United States in December 2012. Dr. Su was awarded the fellowship of International Road Federation (IRF) in January 2009. Dr. Su has worked closely with IRF, the Road Engineering Association in Asia and Australia (REAAA), and the China Road Federation (CRF) in Taiwan. Dr. Su is a member of the program committee of the SPIE Smart Structures/NDE, ASCE, and ACI. His research interests cover highway and pavement engineering, asset management, and smart technologies and applications.
