• AISC sends a "Regional Event Save the Date" e-mail
• Schools register on AISC's website (note, this registration is different than the registration for the Regional Event that goes live in January 2019)

Early January 2019

• Registration is open with mail-in check registration forms and instructions
• Final conference agenda is posted
• Event location, maps, and parking information are posted
• Hotel information is made available

March 1 2019

• Online registration closes
• List of schools participating in competition is posted
