Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year! I hope you had an enjoyable summer and are looking forward to a successful school year! Please be on the lookout for a beginning of the school year letter from me. I have shared this with your student and/or your student's case manager and asked him/her to share it with you. At your earliest convenience, please complete this form and have your student return it to me or give to one of their teachers to place in my office box.
