What you need for P.E. :
1. Remember to dress appropriately for Physical Education
classes!
Most P.E. classes at Alderman are held outdoors and the
weather can be a factor in a student doing their best work.
2. Sneakers and socks are a must!!
The proper shoes can help a student perform at their best
with a significant reduction in the chance of injury.
Improper shoes such as sandals or dress shoes can cause
an active student to experience ankle sprains, sore knees,
hips, backs, and possible other injuries due to falls and
stumbles.
