About Me

My name is Marissa Rouzzo and this is my 14th year in education! This will be my third year teaching  Pre-K! I have previously taught 1st and 3rd grade, and was an MTSS coordinator for K-5! I am so excited to be a part of your child's first experience in school.  It is going to be an amazing year and we will learn so much! 

I am originally from Youngstown, Ohio (Go Penguins!) and moved to North Carolina to teach in 2008. I have a son, Justin, who is in 7th grade.  I will be getting married this year and will also have a step daughter who is in 6th grade!  I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and going to the beach!
