Hello! I am Trevor Todd a third grade teacher here at Castle Hayne Elementary. I have lived in Wilmington my entire life. I am a graduate of UNCW's Watson College of Education. I have been teaching at Castle Hayne for 10 years. During my time at Castle Hayne I have had the great pleasure of teaching second and third grade. I was the 2020-2021 Elementary Educator of the Year for New Hanover County Schools and the 2020 National University Teacher Award winner for North Carolina. I was also named one of Wilmington's 40 Under 40 in 2022. I love volunteering in my community and I am currently serving on the North Carolina Azalea Festival Committee and the UNCW Alumni Association Board of Directors. I enjoy running, kayaking, going to the beach, and swimming. I cherish the time that I get to spend with my family. I am looking forward to a great year of working together.
