About Me

Welcome to 6th Grade Science! My name is Mr. Duvall, and I'm so excited to be your teacher this year!

I have a drive to know about the natural world around us and the civilizations that have risen, fallen, and shaped our past. It is my goal to instill that curiosity in my students and help them to make new discoveries every day about the world we live in. 

In addition to teaching, I enjoy working with Murray's Science Olympiad Team, surfing, reading, hiking, and gardening.

In the summers you will find me in Carolina Beach leading Surf & Science Camps and working with Ocean Cure.

Also, this past summer I became a Dad to a beautiful girl, Sagan Marie Duvall!
