My name is Laura Thornton and I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year!!  I graduated from UNCW in 2002 and also have my NHCS AIG Credentials.  This is my 22nd year teaching. I've taught 1st, 2nd, 4th, and PE in public and private schools. I have three children of my own that are 12,10 and 8.  My husband Ted is also a teacher/coach.  I look forward to meeting you and your child!
