I am the Middle School Choices (Short-Term Suspension) teacher.

If you are a school administrator who needs to refer a student, please fill out the form that was sent to you at the beginning of the year. If you need it, please email or call me.

If you are a parent or guardian who has a child in the Choices program or who will be in the Choices program, do not hesitate to call if you have any questions or concern.
