Welcome to 6th grade. I am so excited to introduce you to the world of middle school SCIENCE!!! We are gonna have a lot of FUN this year and LEARN a lot while doing it!

I will be using GOOGLE CLASSROOM as well as Planbook for posting all Science Work.

PLANBOOK

This is an online calendar that allows you to see what we are doing in class for that week. You will have access to notes, power points, videos and worksheets.

Infinite Campus

Also remember to use Infinite Campus to check your child's progress. This allows you to see what has been turned in and what is missing.

MATERIALS & SUPPLIES

Supplies:

composition book (this is where you will keep all notes)
Pencil/Pens
Ear buds ( wired NOT wireless)
Folder - for loose papers

We will use colored pencils, scissors & glue sticks weekly; I have some but up to student if they would like to have their own. A planner is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED but not required

STEM Challenges- Each unit we will have a STEM challenge where a few materials will be required. Check Planbook to see if materials are needed.
