Mrs. Prudhomme-Philyaw

7th Grade Science

I am very excited about being at Noble again for the 2023-2024 school year. I am looking forward to a productive year with you! The presentation from Open House is linked here along with the team supply list.

My website will be used to give a general overview of what we are doing in class each day. You will be able to find this on the individual Units covered pages. Units covered this year:

Unit 1:  Energy Unit 2:  Forces & Motion

Unit 3: Weather Unit 4: Cells

Unit 5: Genetics   Unit 6: Human Body

Assignments will be posted in Google Classroom for students to access. In the event that you miss class, I will have My Notebook in class, you can find assignments in Google Classroom and come to see me during your recess time to get any missing paperwork.

Although I want class to be FUN, I also have high expectations for your behavior. Here are some guidelines to help us maintain the expected classroom behaviors.

 Class Expectations:

1. Everyone has the right, and should expect, to learn. ( Be on time, on-task & prepared EVERYDAY)

2. Each individual is worthy of respect. (Respect the teacher, the classroom and other students)

3. Classroom orderliness is necessary for an effective classroom. Pick up your trash! #NOTYOURMAID

4. Hard work is necessary for learning.(Be Responsible for your own learning)

5. Personal electronics are NOT allowed in class
