About Me

My name is Erik Bigsby. I am pleased to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you and welcome your child to my class.

This is my 7th year at College Park Elementary School, I have previously taught at Mary C. Williams Elementary and Alderman.

I graduated with my Master of Arts in Teaching from UNCW in the Fall of 2016. I moved to Wilmington for school in 2010 from northern New Jersey.

I love sports: my teams are Manchester United, Carolina Panthers, and Carolina Hurricanes. I also enjoy surfing, and am an avid runner and musician. I love being outside and encourage my students to play as much as they can outside of the classroom.
