Fall Driver's Education Information
Please read material in full!
Students must be 14.5 years of age by the beginning of classes to register for the Fall session.
Only sign up if you can commit 100%. Failure to do so results in forfeit of class and loss of payment.
Make sure to sign up for what you want, you will not be able to change classes once you submit the form.
DECs are available to pick up at Hoggard's Main Office on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9AM-3PM. Student must be 15 years of age in order for the parent/guardian to pick up the DEC Form.
DEC Forms expire after 30 days so plan accordingly. Click the link below and READ the information. There is a link at the bottom that takes you to the request form.

INFORMATION ON UPCOMING DRIVER'S EDUCATION
Fall 2026 Class offerings will be posted in mid August
Please have the following information ready IN THIS ORDER so that you are able to input your information faster. Please also PROOFREAD your submission so that there are less complications. The emails you put in will be the emails used to reach out to you.
1. Student FIRST Name (as on birth certificate).
2. Student LAST name (as on birth certificate).
3. Student ID number.
4. Student Date of Birth.
5. Grade Level for 26/27 school year.
6. NAME OF SCHOOL STUDENT CURRENTLY ATTENDS.
7. Parent/Guardian FULL name.
8. Current home address & ZIP Code.
9. Parent phone number.
10. Student phone number.
12. Parent Email .

If you are registering for your child, make sure that you have their information correct. If your child is registering, make sure they have your correct information.
****The Parent Meeting is required for successful registrants. Bring child's birth certificate and a blue or black ink pen. Students are not required to attend this meeting- seating will be limited.
PAYMENT: PLEASE READ:
PAYMENT LINK WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL AFTER REGISTRATION.
Payment of $65 + $3 convenience fee ($68 total) dollars is to be made using the SchoolCashOnline link. This link will be sent to successful registrants via Email.
If payment is not received, student will forfeit their place. If you are a successful registrant from Glow or Hope Academy, you may also use the link sent via email.
Eye Exam (required to complete BTW portion of Driver's Ed) will be held at Hoggard during scheduled class time. More information will be made available to students at a later date during class. Vision Screening is required for students to have the opportunity to drive. Vision Screening is only offered once on-site per each session.
