About Mrs. Jones

My name is Crystal Jones and I am thrilled to be your child's first grade teacher! I graduated at UNCW with a B.A. in Elementary Education in 2008.  This will be my 18th year teaching. I was born in Massachusetts and moved down to Wilmington when I was young.  I live with my husband Ryan and our daughter Meadow (10). We love animals and miss our fur baby (German Shepherd) very much but have recently welcomed a sweet guinea pig named Pumpkin! When I'm not teaching, you can find me spending time with my family at the beach/pool, shopping with my daughter or cozying up to a good book with a cup of coffee. I love teaching first grade and seeing their excitement for learning! :)
