Grading Policy

Grading Scale:

A 90 - 100%

B 80 - 89%

C 70 - 79%

D 60 - 69%

F 59% and below

Assessments - 50%

Classwork/Homework/Participation - 50%

Homework/Classwork Policy:

All work is due in class the same day or the next day unless a different due date has been communicated. If a student turns in late work with a valid explanation from the parent of why the work is late they may receive partial credit. If a student is absent they have the same amount of days to make-up the work and turn it in. It is the students responsibility to get all absent work. Students should always communicate with the teacher to make sure what is expected of them for any new situation. I reserve the right to make modifications and/or changes to this policy at anytime based on the needs of the class, type of work missed, and student.
