About The Teacher

I am currently in my 22nd year in education. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from UNC-Wilmington in 2002. I love to learn new things and find ways to teach and motivate students to be life long learners.

I have the best dog in the world, and we love road trips to the mountains. In addition to spending time with my family and friends, I enjoy a good cup of coffee or tea, hiking, camping, golfing, and taking care of my family's horses.
