Special Programs

• PTA Performances: K-3 Grade Levels

• Chorus: Open to upper grade students. 

• N.C. Symphony Children's Concert: Every year in January for 4th Grade students. 

• Pied Piper Theater:  Grades 1 and 2 traveled to historic Thalian Hall in January to see a new production produced by local talent

• NC All State Honors Chorus: Up to six students can audition for NC Honors Chorus, which happens every November. Auditions are in late September.

• OAKE National Choir: Auditions in October; Concert in March.

• All-County Chorus:  Students are chosen to participate in a county-wide concert

• Service Learning Projects: Field trip to Hanover House Assisted Living and more (4-5th Gr. Chorus).
