Landlord does require an application to be filled out prior to scheduling a showing.  There is no application fee. If we do not proceed to a leasing all information provided will be deleted.

Tenancy requirements:  Verifiable gross household income of 3X unit monthly rent (includes income from all sources), verifiable positive rental history, credit history and criminal record will be considered in making leasing decisions.  But criminal history will not be used to automatically reject any applicant.  If these requirements can not be met we will consider qualified cosigners on the lease.

Pet policy: All pets must be fixed.  Dogs need to be introduced to landlord to insure they are friendly.  If approved, pet fees of $20/cat/month and $35/dog/month will be assessed as long as the animals remain on the premises.
