"I have been with NOW Realty for almost 3 yrs now. When I was going to make a switch I met with a few other brokerages, and a Realtor who was with a completely different brokerage told me if he ever switched companies  he would most likely go to NOW Realty. I was not really looking for a brokerage that paid out 100% commission but Joel (the Broker) was such a good dude that he gave me the low down and left it up to me if I wanted to join or not. I did not commit right away but I knew after that meeting that NOW Realty was going to be my Real Estate home for the future. From the admin lady (Maggie) to the Broker, to all the agents everyone is just good people...The kind of people you could trust to help your mother buy or sell her home, the kind of people that you would have no problem asking them to watch your puppy & your 3 year old kid as you know they both would be in good hands. My 3 favorite things about NOW Realty are the low fees and commission structure (but with that said you still get a ton of help and support). The Broker Joel is a great guy and very knowledgeable about the industry. The 3rd thing would be the Office Manager (Maggie) who is very helpful and tech savvy and is willing to teach and train whenever she can."

I do not see any reason to pay a high monthly fees somewhere else. Here I get 100% commission on every sale, with a small admin fee when it closes. No sales brackets. The low monthly fee includes property signs, E&O insurance, web page, 24/7 office access with a conference room, computer access, friendly receptionist, happy people and helpful managers. Various training opportunities throughout the month are also very helpful. I can work from home so I can spend more time with the family, and the 100% commission puts more money into my pocket.
