GIT Hub for Casper Composer Diffs Created

Based on discussions at UNC Cause with the group, a github repo for contribution of Casper Composer Diff has been created at: https://github.com/uncc/casper-share. Anyone wanting to post stuff on our casper-share repo can clone the repo and give us a pull request.
