Youth Scholarship

Tiffanee submitted her report to Jamie to read ahead of time. At the Board Meeting, the board voted to "open the youth scholarship to those youth pursuing graduate and professional degrees (example: Doctors and Lawyers] with a stipulation that the scholarship can only be won two times per person. We would also like to give 10 bonus points in the scoring system to those pursuing bachelor's degrees who have not won this scholarship previously". Two of this year's scholarship recipients will be at the banquet later.
