Nominating Committee Report

Andrew Baucom (interim nominating committee chair) proposed the slate of Officers.

They are President Tyrone Fisher, Vice President Silas Brown, President Elect Paul Westfall, Secretary Tiffanee Conrad, Treasurer Mary Hollingsworth, and Past President, Cyndi Lauderdale.

Nancy Keith moved that we close the slate of officers. Keith Walters 2^nd, motion carries.

Eileen Coite stated that she cannot be the communications chair anymore and Richard Melton has retired. Andrew Baucom was nominated as the new nominating chair.

Tyrone appointed Eileen Coite as chair of the 4-H and Youth Award Committee, and Della King as the Communications chair.
