SSHS NJROTC attends the yearly Veteran Stand Down where we assist the employees during the busiest day of their year. Here you get to speak with all sorts of veterans from every branch and assist the staff in their tasks, gain charity hours and meet all types of people, plus you also get food once the job is finished.

Our yearly white water rafting trip pits you against rapids, building teamwork amid your raft as you each play a significant part in working toward the end.

Every year our program hosts a ball for the cadets to dance, eat, and have a fun night away from school.

OUR YEARLY AMI
The Annual Military Inspection (AMI) is a formal evaluation of our NJROTC unit conducted each year by Mr. Clark. It assesses cadets appearance, drill performance, administrative records, and overall unit effectiveness. Cadets participate in uniform inspections, drill routines, and present briefing's showcasing our accomplishments and goals. The AMI ensures we meet Navy standards and help identify areas for improvement. It is also a chance to highlight our hard work, dedication throughout the year.
