Veteran Stand Down @ Golden Corral

SSHS NJROTC attends the yearly Veteran Stand Down where we assist the employees during the busiest day of their year. Here you get to speak with all sorts of veterans from every branch and assist the staff in their tasks, gain charity hours and meet all types of people, plus you also get food once the job is finished. 

Unlike other school programs, NJROTC brings you on a college tour with almost every trip, allowing you to see a wide variety of them free of charge to plan your future. 

Our yearly white water rafting trip pits you against rapids, building teamwork amid your raft as you each play a significant part in working toward the end.
