Unit 2 Section Breakdowns and Day-To-Day Reading Breakdowns

In the following document, you can find the pages students need to read for each section and the pages that students need to read every day in order to meet the deadlines for their novels throughout the month of November. Students are reading one of four books in this unit--Return to Sender, Esperanza Rising, In The Year of the Boar and Jackie Robinson, and Drita My Homegirl.

Deadlines

Students need to finish reading the pages for each section and have the work in their reading journal complete for each section by the following dates.

Section 1: Wednesday, November 7

Section 2: Tuesday, November 13

Section 3: Monday, November 19

Section 4: Monday, November 26
