COMMUNITY
What opportunities does your community provide to your co-op?
What threats does your community pose to your co-op?
How has your co-op positively and/or negatively affected your community?
MEMBERSHIP
What challenges have you had attracting or retain members?
What conflicts have occurred between your members?
What oppressive dynamics have been manifesting in your co-op?
Have you asked any members to leave? If so, why?
MAINTENANCE
How would you assess the general state of your NP buildings?
What major projects have you undertaken lately?
What major projects do you hope to begin in the next year?
FINANCE
What is your total current member debt? Is it growing or shrinking? Are all in-debt members on payment plans?
How much reserves does your co-op have?
Have you had any significant expenses over your budget?
GOVERNANCE
How effective are house and board meetings?
How effective are co-op officers?
What new policies have you recently implemented?
What areas of your policies are lacking?
