The next MVSD School Board Meeting is will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026.
The MVSD School Board will hold the Annual District Meeting on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at Merrimack Valley High School at 7:00pm.

Announcement from SAU 46
In response to the Technical Advisory that was issued by the NH Department of Education, all audio and video recording by the MVSD has been suspended in response to the enactment of the Parental Bill of Rights in Education, RSA 189-B.
Under the new law, audio and video recording require prior “consent in writing” before a recording is made. This may cause a delay or cancellation of livestreaming or recording of district events. Below is a link to the Technical Advisory, as well as, a list of legislators representing our towns.

Parents are urged to complete the application in cases of either reduced income levels or unemployment situations. The application is reviewed according to federal guidelines and held in strict confidentiality
