Why Don't I See My Recorded Lecture on Blackboard & Echo360?

Once a lecture has been recorded in a room that has the Echo360 system installed in it, the lecture needs time to process before it is automatically placed inside of your Blackboard course.

• The recorded lecture processing time is 1:1 ratio, meaning one hour recorded lecture needs one hour processsing time before it is available to be viewed.

  • Once a video is finished processing, it will appear in your Blackboard course. (Typically it will be inside the "Lecture Recordings" area)

  • If the link to ALL of your lectures is not working, please send an E-mail to the Course Director to let them know.
