About the library

Working in/visiting the library is a privilege and is intended as an opportunity for students to improve their academic standing. If a students' behavior or use of the library is counter-productive, if they are not using the time for studying or checking out library materials, then teachers, library staff, or administrators may suspend a student's privileges in the library.

• Students must be respectful of staff and students, work quietly, and clean up after themselves.

• Water bottles are permitted only if they are securely covered and kept away from books, electronic devices, and other equipment. Students may NOT eat in the library.

• Any student who comes to the library must sign in on the iPad at the circulation desk (unless they're just picking up something from the printer or seeking Tech help) and before a student leaves, they must sign out on the iPad.

If this occurs, the student’s teacher and the assistant principal will be notified.
