Dress Code Policy
All students must wear…
Green or white polo or button-down shirts or school issued shirt
Khaki, Black or Blue Slacks
All students can wear school issued sweat pants only on Fridays
Denim/jeans are allowed on Friday and must not be ripped
School attire and additional school supplies can be purchased in the Parent Coordinator’s Office (426).
Attendance and Lateness Policy
Students must arrive to school by no later than 5 minutes before the start time.
Students must be in their homeroom by start time.
Students will be directed to get a late pass from the main office after start time.
Students with Perfect Attendance (0 Absences and 0 Lateness) will be rewarded with various incentives.
Students must provide medical documentation for their absences. This will be recorded as an excused absence.
Students who go on extended vacations, must attend a recovery program during Mid-Winter and Spring Breaks.
Cell Phones Policy
Students must keep all cell phones/electronic devices locked at all times.
In the event a student is found with a cell phone or electronic device during school hours, it will be confiscated. The parent/guardian will be notified. The parent/guardian must come to the school office, to retrieve the cell phone/device. Confiscated cell phones and electronic devices will not be returned to the students under any circumstances.
Students are allowed to use the main office phone, when necessary.
Cell Phone and Personal Electronics Policy
Students are not allowed to display or use cell phones or any other electronic device on school grounds. The device will be confiscated and given to the grade liaison. If the student refuses to give it to the teacher, then a Dean's referral will be submitted.The Dean will then keep the device until a parent comes to pick up the device at the end of the day. Electronic devices are not allowed in the cafeteria. Electronic devices are not allowed on any field trips. Cell phones will only be permitted on overnight trips .
School Uniform Policy
Students can wear :
Blue, black, or khaki pants/slacks.
White or green polo or buttoned shirts. School t-shirts, such as: Super Readers, Super Scholars, or the like are permitted.
Jeans are permitted on Fridays.However,students must wear a school uniform shirt.
