About Me
My name is Bailey Herrington and I am excited to introduce myself as your child’s first-grade teacher at Willowdale! I was born and raised here in Omaha and received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska – Omaha. I also earned my Master’s Degree through the CADRE program at UNO. In my free time I enjoy spending time at home with my family. I’m loving every minute of getting to watch my two children grow up! While relaxing, one of my favorite things to do is read a new book.

I am happy to talk with you about your child at any time. However, out of respect for student privacy, I do not discuss student progress when other students are in the classroom. If you wish to discuss your child's progress, please email or call to schedule a conference.
Please be sure that your child uses the restroom each day before coming to school.
Your child can bring one healthy snack to school every day.
Library is on Tuesdays, make sure books are returned to school so new ones can be checked out.
