HOW DO I APPLY FOR TRANSFER/TRANSFERENCE CERTIFICATE FROM THE COLLEGE?
Ans : Download the Transference Certificate template from the Downloads section of this website. Please partially fill the form with items relevant only to you. Please fill the Alumni Requst form and attach the saved document and submit application. You will need to bring the original to college for completion by college authorities. For follow up and pick up. please email administration@mpdentalcollege.edu.in
HOW DO I APPLY FOR MIGRATION CERTIFICATE ?
Ans : Please download the migration application form from http://www.mkbhavuni.edu.in/academic-section-download.php
Please follow the instructions on the form. Please bring the form to the college for signature. You will require to then submit the form to the University with the relevant fees.
I NEED AN OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT FROM THE COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY :
Ans : Download the Transcript template of the University for your batch from the Downloads section of this website. Using your College Transcript/ BDS marksheets please fill in all the marks data to fill the blank transcript. Please ensure that the order of sequence of subjects in your Marksheets and Transcript match.Save the transcript and make a zip file also to include (1) Passing certificate (2) Attempt certificate (3) Rotating Internship certificate (4) Provisional Degree certificate
(5) Final Degree (6) Markssheets (All 4 years) (7) Transcript issued by college. Fill in the Alumni request form and attach the saved zip file for verification to administration@mpdentalcollege.edu.in
Your transcript will be edited as necessary, printed and your work will be completed by the college authorities. When ready for pick up you will be duly notified by email regd the date of pick up and processing charges....kindly note that this process takes a minimum of 30 days.
I NEED A LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION FOR APPLICATION TO A UNIVERSITY. PLEASE GUIDE?
Ans : Please coordinate with the faculty member prior to applying. If the faculty member gives permission then please fill the Alumni request form and attach drafts (word document) along with certificates and transcript for reference and editing by the faculty. You will be informed of the processing charges required to pay at the time you are picking up your requirements.
PLEASE DONT FORGET TO ATTACH SUPPORTING DOCS LIKE 4th YEAR MARSHEET, CERTIFICATES ETC FOR LOR
I HAVE LOST MY ORIGINAL MARKSHEET OR DEGREE KINDLY GUIDE?
Ans : Please follow the following steps
(1) Download and fill the duplicate Marsheet or degree form from the download section of Bhavnagar University website ((http://www.mkbhavuni.edu.in/download.php)
(2) From a lawyer notorize self affadavit on govt. stamp paper (min. Rs.20) stating (a) Name (b) Age (c) Enrollment number (d) Reason for affadavit (e) Requirement (f) Undertaking that the required document will not be missused.
(3) A signed covering letter to the Registrar of the University
(4) Xerox copies of the lost documents
(5) 2- Photographs of the student.
(6) The above mentioned items have to signed and submitted with relevant to the Examination section of the Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University.
I NEED AN EXTERNAL MARKS ONLY MARSHEETS FROM M K BHAVNAGAR UNIVERSITY?
Ans : Download the Application form template from the Downloads section of this website. Fill in the required details. Save the document on your computer. HOW TO APPLY/GET MY FINAL DEGREE CERTIFICATE FROM THE UNIVERSITY?
Ans: Unfortunately M.K Bhavnagar University requires that you apply for your degree online. The online registration opens generally in the months of August and January every year. To apply online go to http://www.mkbhavuni.edu.in/ and click on Online degree application on the right hand side. Follow instructions and fill the form online.
HOW TO GET MY DEGREE VERIFIED FROM THE UNIVERSITY?
Ans : You can get your Provisional degree/Final Degree and Marsheets verified by the University.
