I am excited to be teaching third grade this school year! This is my 14th year as a third grade teacher!  It will be a fun, exciting, and wonderful year! I have taught preschool, bilingual preschool, and kindergarten. I have a BS in Early Childhood Education with a Birth-Grade 3 teaching license from SMSU-Marshall, a BA in Child Development from Concordia-St. Paul, and my Master degree in Education Leadership from SMSU-Marshall.

I am married to Matthew and we live in Morris with our three children: Taylor (26), Maddie (23), and Meredith (21). All three of my children graduated college and they are working in Morris! Taylor works at Counties Providing Technology (CPT) as a software developer, Maddie is joining Morris Area Schools as a High School/Elementary ELL educator, and Meredith is an Assistant Librarian at the Morris Public Library.  My interests include spending time with my family, reading, running, and biking. In the summer months you can find me at the lake, reading on my deck, or on the bike path!
