Please have your child read for 20-30 minutes per night. Today, your child should be at 52% of their AR goal by today. The end of the quarter is Mar. 20. You are allowed to test from home, too. Here is the site:

New spelling words are going home today. There will be a test on Thursday!
There will be dress up days for FFA Week next week. Look in the parent newsletter for up-to-date information. Monday will be pajama day!
We will have a multiplication test on multiplying 7’s on Friday, Feb. 27.
We are working on our unit on Native Americans.
We have library on Monday and Friday at 10:25 A.M.
The temperature in the classroom fluctuates and can be very cold and warm. I would recommend sending a sweatshirt to school everyday for your child.
We will have gym and music everyday. Please make sure your child has appropriate shoes.
The best way to get a hold of me is by email at kklaassen@montevideoschools.org. I don’t look at planners until the end of the day, so I may accidentally miss a message.
Math Target-I can identify equivalent fractions.
Reading Target-I can compare and contrast. I can identify the cause and effect.
